This is a legal agreement between the person using/viewing tarotbyseven.com or purchasing items from tarotbyseven.com, which shall be referred to as ("You" or "you" or "purchaser" or "customer") and the owner and operator of tarotbyseven.com ("I" or "me" or "Tarot by Seven, LLC" or "tarotbyseven.com" or "Seven Stars"). This agreement governs your use of the tarotbyseven.com services ("readings" or "services" or "spiritual counseling") or purchase of any item from this website ("items", "decks", "purchase", "order"). By accessing materials on the tarotbyseven.com website ("website") you agree with these Trusted Tarot Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").
(1) For Entertainment Purposes Only
This is actually one of those legal things in some states that have outdated laws regarding Fortune Telling. The real laws should be against Fraud & Extortion - as fortune telling the way most people do it is no more harmful than getting advice from your parent, friend, counselor or religious advisors. Be that as it may, it's always a good idea for a fortune teller to start out with the words "For Entertainment Purposes Only" - and I will tell you - it's true - anything you're told by me or any other fortune teller should never substitute any kind of medical, legal or psychological advice. This is for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only. These are cards designed to give insight & perspective into your situation, however, this is not a science and there is no accredited school of fortune telling and interpretations of the cards should Never be considered absolute, as we all have free will and once seeing the course things are taking - the idea is actually that if you don't like the directions things are going, you should change something you're doing to make things go a better direction. And as for the purchasing of cards, there is no guarantee that you're going to be able to read the future or predict anything - the cards are still just cards with designs on them and what you do with them is completely up to you. But I do hope you'll be responsible & ethical with them. Use your best judgement & common sense, whether getting a reading or purchasing cards & doing readings yourself.
2. Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason within the realm of the laws of the United States of America. No one will ever be denied service based on race, sexual orientation, age other than minors, political affiliation or religious preference. If I feel the questions asked of me during a reading are inappropriate due to the nature of the question, I reserve the right to refuse the reading, at which point the purchase would be refunded, provided that no service was provided up until that point. If the customer is hostile, rude or threatening I will also refuse service or contact, or for any other reason that I judge to be inappropriate or unlawful. Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website or purchase items or services.
3. Legal to Purchase
If it's illegal to purchase readings or decks or spiritual counseling in your particular state or country, the responsibility lies on you, and you should make sure that it's legal for you to purchase. Some countries have cottage industry laws prohibiting buying tarot cards or even paper goods from other countries. If a country refuses my decks at Customs, there is nothing I can do about that & the deck won't be replaced if Customs throws it away because of rules prohibiting that item to be brought into the country.
4. Privacy
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than my printer for shipping purposes. If for some weird reason I'm asked by the police, or any other appropriate law enforcement agency, or if you've told me something that causes me to believe you're a threat to yourself or others I will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agency.
My website doesn't allow me the ability (to my knowledge?) of collecting any sort of data from viewers other than an optional visitor count which I don't use anyway. I can't tell what server you're on, I can't track activity on my page, or collect any data for studying trends or anything like that. The only information I have from you is whatever you give me yourself via purchases (your name, address & email) or whatever you tell me when you send me messages, and of course whatever is required via PayPal to complete the transaction. By using this website you consent to the transfer of funds & information to PayPal in the usual way that makes it possible to complete the transaction.
I also do NOT spam. You won't get regular emails from me. Not unless you sign up for my mailing list, in which case, a few times a year you'll get an email with sales that I'm having on my website or announcements of new decks or other items that I have come out with - nothing about items made or sold by anyone else. If you want to opt out of my email list all you have to do is respond to any email from me letting me know you would like to be removed from the list.
At this time I do not have "members" and as far as cookies, I do not know anything about cookies, all I can tell you is I haven't set anything up regarding cookies. This is a Wix site so if you are able to find out if Wix does anything with cookies, let me know and I will add it here. Apparently you can set your browser to refuse cookies but that is out of my area of expertise. I don't have ads on my page either so, that should eliminate the possibility of them putting cookies on your machine.
If Tarot by Seven, LLC, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or it goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of the company Tarot by Seven, LLC may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy. Basically all they would have is the list of who made purchases & their address & email & what was purchased.
By transmitting information to my website, you grant me a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license (with rights to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit and distribute the information (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such submission.
5. Third Party Links
I sometimes provide referrals to and links to other websites in emails and on the website. These links should not be considered an endorsement, approval or agreement with any information or resources offered at sites you can access through tarotbyseven.com. I am not responsible for the content or practices of third party sites.
You should assume that I may have an affiliate relationship and/or another material connection to the providers of goods and services mentioned on this site and I may be compensated when you purchase from a provider, although, to date no one has offered such an arrangement - but theoretically some day it could happen! You should always perform due diligence before buying goods or services from anyone via the Internet or offline.
6. Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma, USA.
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator online. If I am required to travel to resolve any dispute, the customer/client ( you) agree to pay any and all costs and fees other than solicitors/legal/attorney fees associated with the mediations.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration via the appropriate authorities.
Anyone purchasing any item or service from this website assumes responsibility for whether or not it is a legal purchase by law within their state or country.
7. Tarot Reading / Spiritual Path Counseling Services
All readings will be done by Seven Stars, an ordained minister by the Universal Life Church and should be considered Spiritual Path Counseling. I am not an accredited therapist, doctor or legal professional. All information given is advice with no guarantee of accuracy. I'm not a psychic and do not possess any supernatural powers of any kind. I possess no magic powers and do not gain my insights or information from deities or demons. I am very intuitive, and give the same sort of advice, counsel & guidance that a mom might give her offspring, based on my interpretations of the cards and information given to me by the customer. Customers will never be instructed to 'do' anything, legal or illegal, and all actions and decisions on the customer's part as a result of the reading / counseling are the customer's responsibility and the customer alone is accountable for his/her actions.
No advice or reading that i give should be considered in any way a substitute for legal advice, medical advice, or advice from a financial advisor, as I am not licensed or accredited in any of these fields.
You will not be contacted again after the reading session is complete. There will be no attempts to convince you to purchase more readings or have any further financial transactions with me of any kind. The only time you'll hear from me will be if you request to be added to my mailing list for sales information pertaining to my products on my website. I may have in-general sales on readings / counseling sessions from time to time, but they will never be the sorts of emails that try to scare or entice a customer to get a reading from me.
I do not give "scary readings" that require the customer to purchase additional readings in order to solve the dilemma. There is one question per reading. If you want more than one question answered, I will discuss the options with you ahead of time. I do not charge by the minute. I charge per session, depending on the question. All details will be completely understood regarding what to expect before any payment is made. I have many years experience reading cards, however, information provided by me or this website and in all the materials I send to you is for entertainment purposes only. Information from the the website, Tarot by Seven, LLC or myself personally is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice. It must not be used as professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It must not be used as professional financial or investment advice or guidance. It must not be used as professional legal advice. Never delay or disregard seeking professional advice because of something you have read on this website or that has been sent/told to you by me. All decisions you make before, during and after readings by me are completely and exclusively your personal responsibility, and you are personally accountable for your own actions and decisions.
9. Refunds / Returns / Disclaimers / Warranties
Refer to my page on this website regarding Return Policy. If an item arrives damaged or has a printing error, I require photographs to send to the printer, and then my printer will replace the deck. I will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your purchase gets to you as described and as you ordered it, however, If I feel that a customer is taking advantage of this policy and trying to get away with something irreputable, or is unreasonable in their requests for compensation, I will refuse further contact and that customer can take it up with Paypal or whatever other authorities they deem appropriate. I do not take returns and i do not do refunds due to dissatisfaction of the product or service rendered. Purchase at your own risk.

10. Timely Delivery
I will try to give you an estimated delivery date, and I will give you a tracking number upon request. Different countries vary greatly in the amount of time it takes for items to get to them. If you live in a remote area, postal delivery in your area may be slower. If you live in a country notorious for slow delivery, you probably already know it. Such countries presently include Brazil, which can take up to 4 months, Canada, which can take 1 - 3 months, and some European countries.
All orders take at the very least 2 weeks to be delivered due to the fact that these are individually made to order and must be ordered, printed, packaged & put in the mail. If you require quicker delivery, Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
I am not in control of the postal services in your state or country. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, please contact your postal carrier to find out what happened to your package. I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen once they have been delivered to you. If it was lost in transit I will contact the printer and the deck/order will be replaced.
11. Use of materials/graphics from this website
Use or reproduction of any graphics, images or information from this website is strictly prohibited without written permission from me.
12. Limitation of liability
Use this website and anything you receive from Tarot by Seven, LLC at your own risk, whether it's a reading or an item purchased.
13. Indemnification
By using this website or emailing Tarot by Seven at tarotbyseven@gmail.com, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Tarot by Seven, LLC, suppliers or partners from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to (a) Your breach of the Terms, (b) Your use of the Service, or (c) Your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Tarot by Seven, LLC will provide You with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
14. Limitations on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TAROT BY SEVEN, LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU (OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING UNDER OR THROUGH YOU) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR ANY BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, DEATH OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER ON-LINE OR OFF-LINE, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 15. General Legal Terms
The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between You and Tarot by Seven, LLC and govern Your use of the Service and completely replace any prior agreements between You and Tarot by Seven, LLC in relation to the Service.
If any part of the Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Tarot by Seven, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
You agree that if Tarot by Seven, LLC does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which Tarot by Seven, LLC has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Tarot by Seven, LLC's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Tarot by Seven, LLC.
Tarot by Seven, LLC shall not be liable for failing or delaying performance of its obligations resulting from any condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, acts of terrorism, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of God/Nature, death/physical debilitation of Tarot by Seven LLC owner, labor conditions, power failures, and Internet disturbances.
