Shipping
With the exception of the hand-painted bones & downloads, everything that I make is drop-shipped to you from my printer after it is printed and packaged. NOTHING is mass produced - your items are made individually for you. Within the United States, it will generally take up to two weeks to get to you, and the same holds true for many international countries, however, some countries are notoriously a little slower.
After your purchase, you will get a confirmation email from me within 1-3 days letting you know when to expect your order to get to you. At that time, your order is being processed and I won't have a tracking number yet. If you do need a tracking number, please request it and I will email it to you as soon as it's available.

The charge for shipping to most countries is reduced, but does include charges to ship registered mail. It's safer, faster, and enables me to get a tracking number. Shipping options are shown on the check-out page with available shipping options listed for your country.
I can't "mark as a gift", because my printer is the one doing the shipping, however, my printer is very good about shipping magic. With very few exceptions (like, Brazil) people have not complained about extra customs charges. If applicable, you will be responsible for import taxes, customs, VAT, and other country-specific fees upon receipt of your package.
Your order should arrive pristine and correct, but if it doesn't, email me as soon as possible - with pictures if you can, so I can send them to the printer. It helps them to see what the problem was so that they don't make the same mistake. The damaged or incorrect items will be replaced and shipped to you immediately. This very rarely happens, but we're human. And boxes can get crushed, or possibly lost, when they're traveling all around the world.
If your shipment is running late, don't panic! Email me and I'll find out what the hold-up is. It could be stuck in customs, delayed due to the pandemic, or it could even be lost in the mail. Whatever the reason, just let me know and I will find it and I promise you that you'll get your order no matter what. If not, I'll refund your purchase.
